CHG array/CNV

IMAXIO propose a CGH array/CNV service since 2006 and acquired a very strong experience. Our numerous collaborations with the public or private laboratories are the best demonstration of the recognized know-how of IMAXIO concerning CGH based studies.

IMAXIO is an AGILENT Certified Service Provider worldwide for CGH array application. You can choose from two CHG array approaches:

• A standardized approach for the most common species (human, mouse, rat). For each of this 3 species, different high resolution microarrays are available: 1x1M, 1x244k, 2x105k, 4x180k. (Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Comparative Genomic Hybridization microarrays) 
• A customized approach, for the others species. Custom content microarrays can be designed to study specific genomes or chromosomal genomes regions of interest. We use Agilent’s eArray design application to create these specific custom microarrays.

Agilent’s CGH/CNV microarray platform enables to characterize Copy Number Variants (CNVs)
