Since the beginning, IMAXIO prioritized the quality assurance, getting the results based AGILENT Certified Services Provider accreditation and starting an ISO 17025 accreditation process in 2010 expecting the accreditation for Q2 2011.
The ISO 17 025 is an international demanding reference for the accreditated laboratories, providing our customers and collaborators with the following guarantees:
- Compliance with the quality management requirements covering the following fields : general organization, the documentation, customer services, complaint customer treatment, non compliant operations treatment, quality assurance improvement policy, internal inspections.
- Compliance with the technical requirements covering the following fields: staff qualifications, quality and control of the equipments and facilities, traceability of the different measures, procedures for the customers reporting.
